15 Back to School Snacks Kids (And Grown Ups) Are Guaranteed to Love

In another life, I was a teacher. Did anyone already know that? I taught Science and Physical Education to Middle Schoolers at a Performing Arts School for a couple of years. I don't think I've ever worked harder or was more exhausted than I was those first few weeks of school every year. It was a pretty fun job for the most part but I was not cut out for a career in education. I can't imagine what it's like right now. What teachers are up against while we are still pandemic-ing (yes, I made a word), should never be asked of anyone.
Side note: When the holidays roll around this year, dig deep and send gift certificates for restaurants or something else that really shows deep appreciation for the job they are doing.
While everyone else is running around either buying new backpacks or at home supplies, I'm over here excited that Post Its are on sale. I love Back to School time because I have a strange obsession with office supplies. A new, blank notebook represents possibilities and I stock up this time of year. I'm basically oblivious otherwise to the stress of back to school preparations.
Though, last weekend, I decided that it was suddenly a good idea to go to IKEA to pick up a new desk - that I suddenly decided I needed on the Saturday before everyone starts homeschooling their kids. Guess who else decided they needed new desks? Every parent in Atlanta. I told you I was oblivious! Also, every desk I liked was out of stock until today and now the impulse has passed - so still no desk.
So, no, I don't have kids heading back to school and I'm still working from the coffee table because I never bought a desk when we moved to Atlanta in March - but I have the Post Its (sooooo many Post Its!) and I don't like being left out so here's my contribution to the collective back to school prep for one and all. Whether you're sending them off to school or off to the virtual classroom, sustenance is always necessary. Who doesn't like snacks?
This is a collection of kid and grown up approved, healthy snacks - most of which will also fit into the 21 Day Fix and Ultimate Fix Programs if you're doing those with me. (If you're not, we so need to chat!) The Mini Peanut Butter Cups and Pumpkin Oat cookies are ridiculous they're so good. And for the savory/salty cravings try the Honey Roasted Feta Dip or the 2 Way Chips Veggie Dip. Also, donuts! (I should have lead with donuts and saved myself all of this typing but it's too late to turn back now.)
