2.) Nutrition Plan - Portion Fix Program Materials

Let’s talk nutrition.  If you want results, this needs to be a focus.  Along with your Beachbody On Demand Membership, you have access to Ultimate Portion Fix - the video modules make everything SOOOO much easier to understand!!!  We will talk more about nutrition in the coming days and weeks, but if you’re new, start to log into BOD and click on the Nutrition tab.  If you’re coming back into this program, dust off those containers and give yourself a refresher. You will also want to download the Nutrition+ app in the App store.  This is where you will track your food and have access to a million plan approved recipes.  It’s a tool that I use every single day no matter what, and you should too!

 

To see the overview of the meal program & calculate which plan category you fall into:

  • www.BeachbodyOnDemand.com --> Click Nutrition Tab

  • Click on "Ultimate Portion Fix" and start making your way through the video modules at your own pacing.

  • This is a great calendar to pace them out.  Click here.

 

  • IMPORTANT: She will tell you to choose from "Foundational," "Timed-Nutrition," or "Carb-Cycling" - This group will be focused on the CARB CYCLING option, but if you want something more lifestyle driven and basic, the FOUNDATIONAL plan is awesome!

 

3.) Meal Prep Videos

These make everything SOOOO much EASIER!!

4.) Nutrition Tracker App

Download the Nutrition+ Tracker app in the app store (free). This is the best way to budget your nutrition for the day. It will calculate your calorie bracket for you, and you will be able to see the food list for each food group category.

  • iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad, etc): It will be called the Beachbody Nutrition+ Tracker App

  • Androids: Search for 21 Day Fix Tracker App

 

5.) Accessing the Workouts

OPTION A: Download the Beachbody on Demand app (free in app store).

You can use the app on your phone, iPad, AppleTV, Roku or Firestick. You should be able to stream your workouts from 2-24 hours after purchase. If you want to do it on your computer, go to www.beachbodyondemand.com and sign in.

  • If you have a question as to which program would be a good fit for you, start with the 21 Day Fix or get with me for other recommendations.

OPTION B: If you have a program or regiment you’re currently already loving, we’ll be there to cheer you on every step of the way! 


 

6.) Accountability Group

You will be getting a separate invitation to our Accountabilty group where we communicate as a group, log workouts, ask questions, share feedback, etc.

I run this group with a few other coaches, so you will see tons of info in there from us. There is a daily post that goes up (usually between 5/5:30am) and this is where you will log your nutrition accountability, workout of the day and the personal development you are reading.

 

I highly recommend starting with The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy - its a game changer! Click the photo below to find it on Audible.  Your first book is FREE.

 

7.) Measurements and Before Photos

Make sure to take pictures and measurements TODAY! Guys, I get it, before pictures are no fun, but it’s so nice to have another tool besides the scale. Especially with a program as long as this one, you’re going to want to track your progress with pictures and measurements.  Trust me, do not skip this step.  You don’t have to share (although you’re welcome to), these pictures are for you to have later.  It’s such a good tool and you’ll be amazed at what can happen with dialed in nutrition and these 20-30 minute workouts for the next 90 days!
